They don't just sell you a car, they find you the perfect car you are looking for. So when you see me driving a red car around town, you can also see I have a big smile on my face. Also an update, I was GUARANTEED a call back from the owner personally by noon. It's 1 o'clock with absolutely no calls. Nothing except for them deleting my first Facebook review to hide how awful their business is. What type of business deletes accurate reviews because they have to hide from the truth?? And this review was way nicer than the actual experience considering there was even more to the story, including them putting a phone number up for one of their wash boys, them lying about conversing with us when we showed them the messages and verified the phone number, and having them talk extremely negatively about us when we walked away.

Would give negative stars if I could. Vehicle was promised to us. We drove an hour and a half just to be told it was also promised to someone else also, who talked to the dealership AFTER we had the vehicle promised. The owner was not there and had already left for the day, but since he had talked to the other party and we had talked to another representative of the dealership, he refused to budge on who he was selling the vehicle to. The owner REFUSED to speak with us on the phone and refused to give us his number. They made it very clear they were not budging on selling the vehicle to the GUY, because we were "two ladies"... Not only is this HORRIBLE business practice, it is illegal since we have a written agreement for a promise to sell. It is also highly discriminatory, especially when comments were made on the phone about us "needing to get over our pms," by the OWNER!! So now I am out 3.5 hours of my personal time, 3 hours of driving, including GAS, with nothing to show except for a feeling of the 1940's discrimination for being a female.
