Apparently they don't want my business. Have a mower that needs fixed and called over a week ago about having them come pick it up. They told me to leave the mower out and they would come get it that day. They didn't come. I waited a few days and stopped by to ask when they would be by to pick it up. Again they told me they would come out that day and get it, and again they didn't. Am done dealing with them and will never buy another thing from them. Half the time they ignore you when you go into the store because they are too busy chatting with someone about people they know. Terrible customer service!
Worst store I ever been to store clerk wanted to talk about deer hunting and wasted my time for 45 min while I looked for parts save your time and drive to Des Moines or go without
Not bad until recently spent about s grand on different rentals and got bobcat with bald tires to help tear a house down needless to say it got some nails in bald tires. Then I rented it again for 3 hours got charged almost as much as full day and got checked in on by manager to see what I was using it for. I also rented small tractor on a Saturday it had a flat tire when I got it then got it home and another tire went flat so I had to go get tire fixed and didn't get reimbursed for it. I'll spend my family's money I des Moines from now on

Prices are way to high. They know that driving 44 miles in an emergency,(water heater breaks) is not a good day. So they jack the prices on everything. A dog ball toy is $ 15. Crazy
