Took advantage of one of my customers by overcharging near triple for work that was done.
At first they did a wonderful job. We had to replace our hot water heater and they brought in one for temporary use while they got one for us. A month or so later our brand new water heater broke on a Thursday night. Friday they came to diagnose it and said it would be back on Monday if the part was instock, no temporary hot water heater this time. Called them Monday and are getting the round about on whether they got the part or not. I thought the first time around we had excellent service, but now I'm afraid that's not the case.
Alex has done an outstanding job for us. He went out of his to help us replace our water heater even though it was after hours. His attention to detail on the install was impeccable. Highly recommend these guys!
