Quality shed at a very good price! I ordered a 10 x 16 custom shed and they had it built and delivered in about 3 weeks. There are many custom options to take advantage of so you can build the shed to your specific need. I bought the shed from Gil Peterson and his son. They both were very friendly and easy to work with. If you had any questions you could give them a call and they would always answer their phone or get back to you in a timely matter. Brian was my delivery man. He placed the shed exactly where I wanted it and made sure my shed was level. Very affordable, great product, good service!
My wife urged me to stop and look at the Spring Valley Sheds displayed in a lot just north of Chariton (there are several in the area). Honestly, I was blown away by the quality of the construction and attention to detail. The price was completely reasonable for what you get.

I decided to order one on the spot. They have a lot of options for colors, materials and "extras" (door styles, insulation, window types). I ordered the exact one I wanted. I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to build and deliver, which was shorter than expected.
I admit I was a little nervous that it wouldn't be as high quality as the models and that it would take longer than quoted. 3 weeks later I got the call that it was ready. We called them back and delivery was set for the next day.
I just received my Spring Valley Shed, 6x8, and could not be happier. From purchase to delivery the process has been professional and as painless as could be hoped for. Minimal paperwork to purchase, a simple signature when delivered and I have the storage I need. I am the type that does a lot of research on a product before purchasing and I can promise you this IS the best built shed for the money. It's construction is more like a small house then a shed. Solid, Heavy and weather tight.
We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of our new shed. We shopped around before our purchase and found these sheds to be the best quality for the price. However, opt for the higher quality leveling. The blocks and pieces of plywood that they used to level ours does not match the quality of the shed itself.
